Shopping by product category or brand? Customers should enjoy a shop-in-shop experience like they do in big department stores. Show them store-specific info on delivery times, costs, and minimum order amounts to help them make quicker decisions all grouped on the header of the
store page

Single checkout with grouped transactions
Paying stays one of the more annoying elements for customers. By integrating a grouped transaction system we were able to handle one single transaction on the customer side, and handle this as multiple transactions for the stores.

When conduction user research, we asked the usability and desirability, which resulted in a 88% certainty that the app fits the users needs

In the end the startup was sold to one of the bigger European flash delivery companies that integrated the technology and features in their onw app

The app has to be super convenient to draw in new shop owners and customers and be flexible enough for local shops to make worth while.
Fresh and fast
Food delivery has been around for ages, setting up expectations for speed and freshness. Making users less skeptical about getting food from local shops was key.
